MUST have - C#, WCF, .NET 4.0 and Sql Server
5-10 years hands-on experience working in a .NET development environment on large scale applications (1 million lines+)
Knowledge & experience in Agile methodology
Experience with HP-ALM or other Agile development management products
Excellent technical skills, including
Mandatory:-
C# language
Net Framework 4.0
WCF
VS 2010/12 development environment
T-SQL
Desirable:-
OOP
XML
Team Foundation Server
HP Application Lifecycle Management
Multi-threaded development experience in both the UI and Windows service layers
Strong technical design skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise with onsite system experts and direct, lead and QA offshore development team
Knowledge of Insurance L&P
