Hands-on application development experience using Microsoft .NET Technologies

Develop .NET Application Architecture quickly from the given set of requirements

Participation in the design, development and Architect using Microsoft Technologies based on agreed schedules and established best practices.

Responsible for assisting with scoping projects and often presenting to clients.

Hands on experience in Performance Optimization and Tuning

Good knowledge on Emerging Technologies

Ability to analyze and explain the risks involved in using, or not using, technology solutions to solve business or organizational problems and not compromising on the architectural direction and vision.
