.NET APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Petersburg, FL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support applications related to the Call Centers and Sales and Marketing Customer functions.
- Work includes triage, break/fix work and small enhancement development.
- Ensure secure, efficient, and economic availability of applications processing with adequate safeguards for both security and integrity.
- Work with vendors to ensure application availability on outsourced applications.
- Perform support, development and enhancement support services for assigned product families; demonstrate broad knowledge of application and systems design; manage complex inter-system related issues; serve as an interface between team members and vendor/support teams to ensure issues are escalated, classified and documented properly.
- Consult with customers to define and refine their business requirements; communicate problems, issues and their resolution to customers.
- Strives for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Helps ensure conformance to all client IT Standards and Controls such as Enterprise-wide Technology Architecture (EWTA) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Manages and maintains positive relationships with Call Center and Sales and Marketing business partners
- Clearly and proactively communicates across departments and lines of business.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Three (3+) years of experience with application programming or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of customer area Client Server applications
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment - ability to manage change
- Development experience with web services and web-based applications
- Well-versed in C# .Net, Visual Basic V6, Classic ASP, Server Administration and XML, Desktop Troubleshooting
- Experience with tools utilized in support and management of SQL, DB2 and/or Oracle databases
- Familiar with Microsoft's .NET Framework versions, Oracle 10g, DB2 and SQL databases
- Well-versed in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions or options for technical issues
- Competent in the use of development tools and procedures of software development methodology
- Experience in consulting with internal customers on proposed systems changes; prioritizing, scoping and estimating work.
- Works independently with little direct supervision or review.
- Displays maturity in approach and ability to effectively handle stress and frustration.
- Demonstrates good listening skills and puts forth the effort to understand other's point of view.
- Is able to present information on technically complex subjects in an understandable manner to IT and business personnel.
- Strong team player that works well with others
- Experience in a deadline oriented position that requires accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible with work schedule

- Previous experience in Call Center Applications

- Experience with PL/SQL
