.NET APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGER - STEEL MANUFACTURING - LUXEMBOURG
SKILL REQUIRED INCLUDE:
The successful candidate will be motivated with good communication skills and have interest in the business aspects of the application.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to delegate and define clear objectives
- Ability to conduct reviews.
- Experience in leading team leading
- Experience in Object Oriented Design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, French).
- Have technical background in designing and implementing .NET-based solutions.
Technical experience with SQL, SSRS, C#, ASP.NET, WebServices, Ajax, TFS, SilverLight
We are looking for an experienced project manager with a practical experience in building WEB based applications.
The successful candidate will be in charge of the support, maintenance, and development of a set a of applications used world wide inside the group. She or he will also be involved in new projects as project manager.
This function involves working closely with many different departments internal to the group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to following:
- Responsible for day-to-day application support and project deliveries
- Works with the application business owners to define the business specifications
- Performs impact analysis against change requests in coordination with team members
- Works closely with the team manger to establish priority and team work plan
- Monitors and reports on the developer activities
- Participates in process definition and improvement in coordination with the team manager
- Participates to Identify and establish best practices for process improvement of application maintenance.
- Assumes full team responsibility in the absence of the team manager
The right candidate has proven experience in leading team. She or he will be familiar with different stages of the development life cycle including analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment.
She or he will be motivated and have interest in the business aspects of the application.
She or he will also be interested in detailed technical work to maximize code reusability across applications
