NET Analyst Programmer

Work with a leading and evolving federal government agency to develop and enhance a website using your .NET skills.

SKILLS:- - MS Toolset, architecture, development & analysis across the Microsoft .NET framework
- development of Enterprise N-Tier Applications, on any platform, with a preference for .NET
- Object Oriented (OO) design
- business, interpersonal, verbal and written communication and consulting capability
- An appreciation of Government policies on Workplace Diversity, Workplace Participation, and Occupational Health and Safety and the ability to apply and promote them within the workplace.

Work with an existing team of .NET developers on project-based work to design, develop and support a website and database application.

DUTIES INCLUDE:- - Contribute to identification and implementation of design and development to meet functional requirements from business requirements.
- Assist in analysis of ongoing and future functional requirements, solution design and implementation.
- Development of design and other technical specification documentation.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Provide ad hoc advice, research and proof of concept work on architecture, components and integration.
- Provide input to assist in development and application of software development procedures and standards.
- Collaborate in development and application of software version control and configuration management procedures and standards.
- Undertake other duties as required by the project manager.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Contribute positively and proactively to the team.
- Report as required to the project manager and others

AUSTRALIAN citizenship and SECRET clearance is a requirement of this role. Sponsorship is NOT optional.
