Position: Neighbourhood Housing Assistant
Location: Blandford
Salary: £12,361 pa
Hours: 21 hours Mon-Wed - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

ROLE:
Spectrum are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Assistant to work within Neighbourhood Services, responsible to the Neighbourhood Team Manager. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive neighbourhood housing management service to residents of the Associations properties, taking full responsibility for providing administrative support to the neighbourhood housing management team, developing and maintaining systems and statistics, managing the Association's properties in an identified area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Producing statistical information
b) Providing administrative support
c) Commitment to customer care, confidentiality and equality & diversity
d) Involvement in lettings and voids

The Neighbourhood Housing Assistant will need to have demonstrable experience in a customer facing environment within the last 3 years and be qualified to GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths & English. A background or experience in Housing would be an advantage.

To be considered for this role you should:

a) Be able to demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy and be able to communicate at all levels.
b) Be able to work independently and as part of a team
c) Have the ability to prioritise a busy role
d) Be proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Due to a requirement to travel within this role, a current driving licence and your own transport will be essential.

This role is subject to an enhanced CRB check
