Negotiation of Telecom Sites Manager

We are looking for one of our customer some Negotiation of Telecom Sites Manager

Your mission:

You will be mainly in charge of the development of several sites for mobile operators.
Your main tasks will be to propose, negotiate and implement with the land lessors of operators and communities, the project creation of mobile stations. You will work closely with engineering poles in charge of design and implementation of development works.
You will also be responsible of the heritage development of regional sites.

To do this:

You will ensure with lessors the presentation of front engineering projects and negotiate the terms of settlement to establish a lease or an addendum.
You will assist the lessor in his communication (tenants meetings)
You will ensure with communities of the administrative procedures to implement projects

Your profile:

The French Language is necessary
Training in real estate, with minimum two years experiences in negotiation of telecom sites.
You master Excel, Google Earth, Google Map.
