Needed Urgently C#.NET Developer - Brussels

My client in Brussels is looking for a C#.NET Developer for an initial 2.5 month project at a large investment firm.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5 years experience with C#
- Fluent English and preferably French or Dutch
- Excellent communication skills in both IT and Business
- Experience with DevExpress is an asset (the reports can be written in either DevExpress or Crystal Report)
You will be implementing a reporting application to aggregate data from active QC projects and generating different reports. The application will be either running under Citrix or can be a web application using MVC 4.
