WEB DESIGN/DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

LOCATION: LEEDS

DURATION: INITIAL 3-6 MONTHS

Sopra Steria Recruitment Ltd (a Sopra Steria company) provides recruitment and resourcing solutions to Sopra Steria, a leading European IT service provider.

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: This is an exciting new opportunity for Support Analystfor an initial 6 month assignment for one of Sopra Steria's clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

The project requires a skilled individual who has experience in Digital Content Management, ideally someone who has familiarity with KANA CRM and/or Goss iCM. A knowledge of ITIL and ideally the resource should be accredited at ITIL Foundation level.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN WEB DESIGN & PUBLISHING
Experienced - Computer literacy, accuracy, and an understanding of web page style and content conventions.
Experienced with the ability to apply appropriate business language and follow any instructions given regards review of content - administration of user account permissions to content and IT related service desk admin.

Desirable Skills:

KANA CRM, GOSS iCM, Excel and ITIL.
