NA FSC IT Lead Job

NA FSC IT LEAD needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FORT WORTH, TX.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The NA FSC IT Lead has the responsibility of providing IT services to the NA FSC organization that are critical to the operations and in support of the strategy, objectives and goals of the department. This resource is a key business partner to the functional areas the NA FSC IT organization supports and works in collaboration with Divisional and Group organizations to ensure system stability, compliance and improvements required to guarantee the business operations. Additionally, this resource is heavily involved in ensuring the integrity of the execution of NA FSC projects and the department's compliance with the Information Governance and Management (IGM) framework.
- With direction and support of FSC IT Head, facilitate discussions to help business anticipate future needs and opportunities.
- Identify problems and prospects by performing research and assessing best practices. Understand and communicate where technology can help.
- Work with Finance business leads and FSC IT Head to raise new project proposals and support definition of the business case.
- Collaborate with FSC Process Leads to determine scope, goals and objectives.
- Guide the business lead to define business value and associated metrics.
- Quantify risks and return on investment together with business leads and divisional IT and Group IT.
- Facilitates daily interaction and project work between FSC and divisional Finance teams and with local/global Divisional IT, ERP Competency Centers.
- Identify system and process improvements to harmonize and standardize processes to optimize investments made in global ERP/SAP systems and financial services.
- Ability to work in virtual teams across FSCs, divisions and with global teams.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of global IGM Procedures, processes and tools (IGM Controls Framework, Global Master Retention Management System, where applicable etc) as required by NFCM (Company Level Controls) and IGM Manual
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the NA FSC information security, IT compliance, records management and information risk management program in the site to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the organization
- Perform effective Risk Management to identify, assess and mitigate Information Risks at the NA FSC

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Strong experience working closely with business partners to define requirements and project deliverables
- Strong experience presenting and communicating at high levels of the organization (VP and C-levels).
- Ability to grasp concepts and transform into actionable tasks
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and able to direct and influence others without a direct reporting line
- Experience leading internal or external IT audits. Able to manage audit findings to completion
- Strong and demonstrable customer service ethic
- Experience working on process improvement projects preferred
- Five (5) + years of IT experience preferably in the healthcare industry and/or multi-divisional consumer products environment
- SAP project implementation and/or production support experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service acumen
- SAP ECC, BI, PI
- Sharepoint 2010
- IT Risk management frameworks
- Project Management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills applied in complex environments (eg Matrix/divisional organizations).
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or Business preferred
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- SAP FI/CO certification preferred
- Audit background preferred
- Continuous Improvement training preferred (ie Six Sigma)
