Role description Murex Developer ( ontwikkelaar / programmer )
As a Murex Developer you will design, develop and realize technical solutions. You are responsible for delivering high quality solutions within set deadlines. We expect that you are a professional who is capable of building up a very good relationship with our clients. As Capital Markets Specialist (Murex) you will be responsible/accountable for:
- Identifying and specifying functional requirements in terms of (financial) business processes;
- Preparation of functional and/or technical design;
- Translating 'business needs' into technical solutions;
- You have experience in the field of Financial Services and Capital Markets and related packages;
- Develop planning and monitoring planning;
- Unit, System and Chain test preparation and execution;
- Training of key users and/or end-user support and user acceptance testing;
- Develop Documentation and transfer to application management.

Accenture Netherlands is handling Murex implementations at several clients. The several Murex modules are known as the standards within the capital markets world.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with relevant product, process and system knowledge in front - , middle- and back-office operations like derivatives, equity and listed products, credit, money market, fixed income etc.
- Experience with trading platforms such as Murex, Sophis, Calypso or others.
- Experience with identifying information and reporting needs of customers or experience in designing and building custom reports;
- Experience with data migration projects;
- Creative and analytical abilities;
- Functional and technical knowledge and experience with XML and SQL databases.
