THE CLIENT - leading investment bank based in Brussels requires a leading Murex Datamart Developer who has excellent knowledge of setting up and Supporting Datamarts. The candidate should also be skilled in SQL and have a detailed understanding of UNIX environments.

REQUIRED:

- Experience in a Change Management environment for FO applications
- Have experience with Front-to-Finance processes in the area of Financial Markets and primarily Murex
- Have in-depth financial market product knowledge: FX/MM/Treasury environment
- Able to setup and defined DataMart queries
- Experience with setting up feeders for MRM reporting requirements and which fields in Murex have to be used to fulfil what MRM requirement
- Understand/Define business requirements and translate them into Murex IT solutions
- Able to challenge business partners during requirements definition.
- Perform a full Impact Analysis of set requirements
- Be a sparring partner to the global functional lead

TECHNICAL/APPLICATION SKILLS

REQUIRED:

- Have experience with design and implementation of feeders to get relevant data into the Murex DataMart
- Experience with the FX/MM, FXO and Treasury modules of Murex
- Broad knowledge of MUREX 3.1, especially the following modules
- Murex pricing (curve configuration, P&L, Sensitivities, Vol, etc.)
- Murex feeders and DataMart extracts
- Murex general configuration
- Murex data model
- Minimum three years of active experience with Murex.
- Contract workflow (pricing & closing)
- Murex GOM
- Datamart
- SQL (Sybase)
- Unix
- Shell Scripting
