Job Description
Performs a variety of semi-routine clerical duties of moderate complexity. Basic educational standard with 2 to 4 years related experience. Works under limited supervision, some discretion and limited use of judgement and initiative. May work within any functional area.
Skills and Knowledge:
oFormal qualifications ideally up to degree level or equivalent experience
oIntermediate level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
oGood awareness of our operation, policies, processes and products
oExperience of working in a support function across a range of support and administrative activities
oGood written and verbal communication skills using accurate spelling and grammar
oExcellent time management and prioritisation skills
oSelf-motivation and ability to adapt to changing environment and evolving technologies
