Due to continued growth our client, a leading ICT outsourcing company, is searching for multiple Service Desk Analyst's to join their team based at their Northern Beaches head office.

Working with a dedicated customer, you will be working within a professional, fun and outgoing team who pride themselves in providing a high level of technical solution and customer service.

To be considered for this position you will have:

Minimum 12 months experience in a busy technical Service Desk telephone based role

Strong Customer Focus: Ability to empathise with customers, build rapport and be determined to resolve problems and take end to end ownership of issues.

Communication: effective listening and communication skills. Incumbent must be prepared to communicate first & frequently, maintaining an excellent phone manner and an ability to calmly work through problems with customers at all times.

IT Skills: proven experience assisting with personal computers, printers, scanners, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook.

Experience in working to KPI and SLA agreements

A can do' attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
