Multiple Logistic Support Officers

These are logistics support positions that will require a degree of manual labour while working for a reputable large Government Department.

In this long term contract role, the primary duties for this position are:

- receive incoming goods and acknowledge goods receipts in the departments financial management software (SAP)
- barcode label new equipment and update the departmental asset database on a regularly to ensure data integrity
- receive requests from work areas and process in the department's SAP inventory system
- assist with the preparation of expired leased hardware including packing for despatch and/or disposal
- make deliveries around the building as required
- provide equipment to the ICT service desk for delivery within the departments
- use of forklift and other manual handling equipment
- undertake other duties as directed

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS OR LICENCES REQUIRED

- Valid Class LF forklift and drivers licences

DUE TO SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS WHO CURRENTLY HOLD A SECRET/NV1 SECURITY CLEARANCE.
