Your core task will be 1st level support in the area of computers, microsoft office products, networks, VPN connections, iPhones, and Blackberrys.
After an onboarding period of about 6 weeks, remote work will be possible too.
The onboarding period can take place in Germany (postal code area 6), London or Paris.
Requirements:
It is vital that you have an excellent command of English as well as Spanish or German.
Further language skills are highly appreciated.
+ Experience in the area of 1st level support / user helpdesk
+ Good knowledge of computers, networks, active directory, VPN connections, MS office products and mobile devices (iPhone and Blackberry)
