KEY RESPONSIBILITY
ACTIVITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- The consultancy shall be performed on-site in the client 's offices in Geneva and shall include
- Collaborate with other teams and users
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook 2010
- Prior training experience in Microsoft Desktop products (Office 2010 (including Outlook 2010), Windows 7, Windows XP)
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Prepare and deliver content for Quick Reference Guide and FAQ on MS Outlook 2010
- Prepare and deliver training material on MS Outlook 2010
- Prepare and deliver Orientation session on MS Outlook 2010
- Help with E-learning content
- Act as training focal point, relating to Outlook 2010 rollout
NICE TO HAVE:
- Outlook 2010 Rollout Experience
- Knowledge of GroupWise Client
EDUCATION AND LANGUAGES
- University degree or equivalent
- IT Academic background
- Fluency in English and French is a plus

- Three months contract extensible
