MS / München: Frontend System Engineer (m/w)

Currently we are searching for ONE candidate who is able to cover the following position:

TASKS:

- Support for operational tasks in a Citrix VDI environment
- Create Support documentation
- Work together with an Offshore Team on incidents
- Training for 1st Level Support (FAQ and Solution DB)
- Taking part in relevant Meetings with Project Management and alignment meetings with other work streams
- Support work stream lead in creating and updating slide decks, documentations, timelines
- Work together with international customers and team members

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

- knowledge in administration Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Computer and User Accounts
- professional knowledge with Microsoft Operating System (Windows 2008 R2 RDS and Windows 7, Multilanguage)
- professional knowledge with Citrix Products (XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.6, Provisioning Server)
- knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies
- knowledge in virtualisation technologie (VMWARE ESX/VSPHERE)
- knowledge in scripting/programming (VBS,  Powershell, C#?)
- expert knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
- expert deep Analyzing skills for Incident and performance issues
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint,?)
- german
