MS Exchange/Sharepoint Administrator

MS EXCHANGE/SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR

1 YEAR+ CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evaluate and implement new products/versions for eWorkplace Engineering using both the Microsoft environment (Exchange/Outlook; Lync; SharePoint) and IBM Lotus Notes Domino.
- Support complete mail flow from Firewall to desktop across international boundaries
- Develop user administration tools and application deployment utilities (such as local replica management and ID management)
- Support development teams in implementing application support tools
- Support and maintain the Domino, Lync, SharePoint and Exchange infrastructure - including software upgrades and daily monitoring; on-call rotation
- Track SLA reporting and enhancements to reduce infrastructure costs
- Respond to escalated 3rd level ticket support and work with the appropriate vendors as needed collaborate with global colleagues on eWorkplace initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum BA/BS degree with 4-6 years related experience or equivalent experience and proven accomplishments in technical support for messaging and collaboration infrastructure (Microsoft)
- 5 years of working experience as a Microsoft Exchange Administrator, including Exchange 2010/2013. System Administration certification a plus.
- 5 years of experience in the deployment of SharePoint and management of the infrastructure, including SharePoint 2010/2013.
- Experience in an environment of 5,000-10,000+ users
- Experience in Lync infrastructure design and implementation Experience in email infrastructure design and implementation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are required
- The ability to lead and/or be part of a team that works on global efforts
- The ability and willingness to work in new areas, on new platforms, and with new products is required
- Integration and carve-out experience helpful
- Excellent customer interaction skills
