MS Dynamics Trainer - London - Contract - Banking

CRM Trainer currently required for a New Contract role within a London based Tier One Investment Bank.

The successful candidate will deliver hands on training sessions to staff on MS Dynamics CRM .As well as this, they will write and update training manuals and handouts for training purposes.

On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to design, organise, set up and deliver courses to meet the needs of all staff and monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered. One-to-one training and support for staff will also be required for this contract position.
