MS DYNAMICS CRM CONSULTANT

Techno-Functional consulting role to rollout CRM MS Dynamics 2013 within a tight time-scale on overlapping projects. Decommissioning of existing CRM's.

- Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the framework of the OneCRM Program.
- Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK following the High Level Designed of the CoE Solution Architecture and other technical recommendations coming from IM Experts.
- Understand and protect the CRM Model being deployed and the agreed scope of work.
- Understanding business needs and requirements to identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code. Analyzing each client's specific request and determining the underlying problem and recommending proper solutions.
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
- Design at detailed level the High Level Design and the Assessment of Change Requests done by CoE Solution Architecture and other IM Experts.
- When part of the scope integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as Back Office/ERP applications
- Build hands-on in creating deliverables which could include development.
- Design and build a set of core BA standard KPIs and Dash Boards.
- Plan, prepare, execute and coordinate data conversion within the Project framework.
- Plan, prepare, execute and coordinate UT, SIT, UAT, and Regression tests within the Project framework.
- Plan, prepare, execute and coordinate Decommissioning of existing CRM's.
- Develop low level work plans within the Overall Project Plan.
- Lead business users meetings or facilitate sessions.
- Consult CoE Solution Architect when needed to ensure quality all along the project life cycle.
- Coordinate with current CRM maintenance to avoid or reduce to the minimum project changes and activities impact on already Live services.
- Manage changes to the Landscape following AN standards for CRM.
- Quickly responding to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion.
- Hand over to subsequent maintenance within AN IM new Structure.

Ideal Experience/Skills:

- 5+ years of implementation experience hands-on with MS Dynamics CRM in a large scale (1000+ users) environment. (Minimum of 3+ MS Dynamics and CRM Siebel or Salesforce.com previous experience to complete 5+ assumable)
- 3.5+ years or more technical experience with technologies to include SQL, XML, ASP, and .NET (C#);
- 2 years Javascript experience;
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2013;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as SQL Server, BizTalk, SharePoint, Office, Active Directory and application architecture.
- Have the experience of more than 2 full cycle projects;
- Knowledge in application and integration development best practices; Enterprise Architecture standards; functional and technical solution architecture; and design, environment management, testing, and training
- Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation for each application;
- College/University degree;
- Excellent command in English;
