MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Consultant

Background
Capita are currently recruiting for a MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Consultant Lead for a Central Government Client on a contract basis. This role is based in Brighton. The role will be involved in the technical design of clients system through understanding the end to end horizontal and vertical technology components, processes and flows which make up the clients business applications. You will be applying a series of developed filters to MS Dynamics CRM 4.0., will allow customer communications to communicate in a more targeted way to identified segments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities.
Bring the MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. expertise required to develop phase 3 of the communications and campaigns solution. Lead the development and maintenance of the technical elements of the customer contact strategy. Work with stakeholders on the contact database project at all levels to ensure the IT strategy and road map meets their needs and addresses their key concerns. Lead and manage the project to define or support the definition of customer contact and segmentation solutions.. Ensure that the IT solutions being implemented align to the IT strategy and architecture road maps. Provide assurances that the IT solutions being implemented as part of projects will meet the business need. Ensure the IT solutions being implemented meet the current agreed standards. Continue to maintain knowledge of current and emerging themes in technology and where appropriate, how they may be utilised by the business. Act as a focal point for the involvement of IT in the wider enterprise architecture and planning cycle. Assisting the marketing team by understanding and leveraging analysis to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their marketing activity. Ensuring knowledge transfer around the final setup and functionality

Skills and Experience required
You should be able to display experience in. System architecture design, build and operating principles and techniques. MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. development expertise. Web architecture design and development approaches and techniques. Knowledge of current and up to date development tools and methodologies. Industry standard IT policies and good practice guidelines. Risk framework concepts and associated processes. Data Protection Act/Freedom of Information principles.
