MPC Support Engineer, PS Core, GGSN
Connect 44 are currently recruiting a MPC SUPPORT ENGINEER to work for a prestigious telecoms firm in BANGALORE, INDIA.
The correct candidate will have vast PS CORE experience on NSN vendor equipment preferably in a 3RD LINE SUPPORT position. We are looking for a candidate with 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE.

Job Spec:
Receive incidents related to Core PS Network through Functional Escalation and provide second and higher level support on a 24x7 rota.
Liase with 3rd Party Suppliers/Vendors for resolution of the Faults/Problems needing vendor support.
Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Core PS Nodes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and in helping to evaluate alternative solutions.
Update and maintain data used for reporting on technical and service capabilities.
Conducts reviews on Problem and Known Errors that have been identified and actioned to verify that all steps were completed and the objective of the process was achieved.
Flag all Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents that require Root Cause Analysis.
