MPBN Back Office Engineer

We have an opportunity to join a customer managed service project in Saudi Arabia with a specific focus on Ericsson MPBN equipment; we are recruiting for an engineer to provide Back Office technical support, preventive, corrective maintenance & 2nd line intervention for all MPBN, Routers and Switches. The role will also involve planned maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc) and problem escalations and follow-ups (CSR). Candidates should have in depth knowledge about Ericsson Core Network System, IP Radio Access Network (IPRAN) and Mobile packet backbone network (MPBN) combined with experience for troubleshooting and configurations of Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS).
