Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate proven investigation skills to protect the bank from poor quality and fraudulent mortgage applications.
Candidates must have strong mortgages experience; ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to review the quality of mortgage business submitted by brokers. You would be required to request mortgage application details and carry out file reviews/assessments; carry out business analysis including production of MI and internal reports; identify risks and issues; offer a good overall understanding of the mortgage business/brands/products.
