Mortgage Advice Case Reviewers

Our client is a large Financial Services organisation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a great short term opportunity for a Financial Services contract professional. Based in Manchester, the work will be reviewing electronic mortgage records to confirm suitability of advice and where the case is not suitable a report identifying the corrective action required.

THE CANDIDATES

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate recent experience of Mortgage Advice Review. You will have an industry recognised mortgage qualification (CeMAP) with strong attention to detail. With the ability to undertake a holistic review of mortgage advice cases you will be organised, methodical and process driven.

Successful candidates will be excellent communicators and will be able to demonstrate experience of conversing successfully with customers by telephone and face to face. Candidates with such experience in a mortgage advice review environment will have a distinct advantage
