Monitoring Officer (Facilities, Auditing)

Monitoring Officer (Estates & Facilities, Auditing, Service Providers) - Bedfordshire - 3 months contract - £120 - £160 per day

I am currently recruiting for 2 Monitoring Officers for my client based in Bedfordshire. This is for a 3 month contract with a strong of extension.

Within this role the successful candidate will be:
- Auditing efficiency in conjunction with services managed by the organisations facilities team
- Responsible for developing and implementing a robust and effective auditing schedule to measure performance and quality
- Measure and monitor compliance according to relevant guidelines and legislation
- Supporting new and existing services providers and setting service expectations
- Liaising with personnel across the organisation when required

We are looking for candidates with
- Previous experience within a similar position within a healthcare organisation and knowledge of PFI process and other national guidelines
- Experience of using electronic auditing tools
- Experience negotiating with key stakeholders and 3rd parties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
