IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Mobile vendor selection, management & service delivery tracking
-Oversee all mobility services for all regions across all mobile providers
-Device portfolio definition
-Definition of subscription types - telephony and data
-Vendor strategy and vendor selection
-Date plan structure definitions
-Mobile inventory mechanism / database
-Improvement in terms of service offering, costing & provisioning
-End user education to optimize spend and behavior - provide training
-Drive and support the implementation of services for scalability, agility and performance experience

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Follow ITIL methodology during service design, build, implementation and operations
-Strong knowledge of mobile devices (IPS, Android, Windows Mobile)
-Strong knowledge in analysis and reporting
-Strong knowledge in design and definition of standards for global mobility services and documentation
-Experience with mobility solutions along standards for highest integration, compatibility with other technologies, compatibility with applications and manageability
