Our very high-visibility client is looking for a Mobile/Web Front End Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building user friendly mobile and web solutions in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes engaging in technical and functional discussions with many teams and continuous cross functional reviews with product managers and customers across a range of new and existing client products.

This role will work closely with the Mobile Services business unit and will be responsible for leading Front End design and requirement definition through production implementation for the development of web/mobile products. This hands-on, individual contributor position will focus on mobile products and services that utilize current and future delivery platforms and leverage 3rd party relationships with providers in the mobile product space.

The ideal candidate for this position will have more than 5 years of Front End requirements gathering/analysis experience (including building wireframes, UI flows) on both web and mobile including some experience in responsive design, accessible design and usability studies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the primary Front End contact for a large program from user interface design and requirements perspective.
- Meet with business customers to ascertain UI/UX requirements/scope and mange scope changes.
- Articulate user interface design using personas, scenarios, storyboarding.
- Produce low fidelity wireframes and flows that match requirements.
- Participate in early product definition and understand end-user needs to define user experience parameters and success criteria.
- Define information architecture structures and patterns.
- Perform UI validation and user acceptance testing prior to deployment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of usability tests.
- Work with internal web designers or external 3rd party vendor to manage entire life cycle of high fidelity web/mobile pages.
- Work with business unit and technical team to resolve any requirements related queries or issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in requirements gathering/analysis for Front End that includes both web and mobile applications
- Some experience in visual design skills for consumer facing applications, including knowledge of visual design patterns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other UI/UX related technologies for web and mobile design
- Knowledge of responsive design on multiple form factors and industry leading mobile operating systems
- iOS and Android design experience a must
- Windows and/or Blackberry a plus
- Some experience on accessibility; Knowledge of standards such as WCAG 2.0 an added plus
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on wireframing tools, Microsoft Office
- Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long term product goals
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in working with agile life cycle and/or tracking and process management tools, eg Rally, JIRA
- Educational background in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent highly desirable
