Mobile Support Technician Job

MOBILE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of mobile phone plans, warranties, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Troubleshoot mobile phone issues with BlackBerry, Android, and iPhone smartphones.
- Communications/Warranty repair, Activation, Upgrades, porting of numbers, for three top vendors .
- Laptop Support. Experience imaging, troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
- Provide support to end-users at walk-up shop, over the phone and via help desk ticket system.
- Resolve requests according to SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
- Document all incidents in the ticket system.
- Communicate with mobile phone service providers on troubleshooting, warranty replacements and rate plan changes.
- Assist users with service provider transfers.
- Refurbishment & Cleaning of used laptops is part of our duties. Some exposure to dust, and/or light lifting.
- Other duties as assigned.
