Job Title: Mobile Solution Design Consultant (contract) - Dublin

Supervising Manager: Head of Managed Networks (Presales & Design)

Objective:

Working in the Managed Networks design team, the Mobile Solution Design Consultant will provide presales support to our sales teams and solution consultancy to our customers. The Mobile Solution Design Consultant is expected to:

Be the lead solutions consultant in the design of comprehensive Mobile based networking solutions that meet customers' requirements, win competitive business and maximise revenue and profitability per proposal/project.
Provide pre-sales consultancy and solution design support to the Major Accounts, Government and Regional sales teams, producing market-leading bids and proposals.
Provide innovative and bespoke mobile and integrated solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Work directly with customers as a trusted Mobile solution advisor to identify their business needs and propose potential solutions - continuously seeking to improve our customer responsiveness and speed of solution design/proposal turnaround.
Be the Design Authority within our clients Business for Mobile and Mobile integrated solutions offered to customers across the complete life cycle from design to delivery.
Identify and champion enhancements and developments to our clients Business's solution portfolio
Maximise personal contribution to the success of the Pre-sales and Design team and of our clients Business and the Group overall.

Key Tasks:

Work closely with Bid Managers, Solution Principals and Solution Specialists to produce market-leading tender and proposal responses - driving customer engagement and adoption of our solutions.
Work closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Sales Management to understand customer business strategy and needs, providing trusted Mobile solutions advice and design input to key accounts.
Provide a consistent oversight as Design Authority for the design aspects of all solution components through to delivery, ensuring to deliver what was committed to the customer.
Review customer engagement post-bid to assess levels of expectations met, providing continuous improvement feedback to our clients Business stakeholders.
Build relationships with main technology vendor partners to drive new solution design and innovation - achieving and maintaining agreed vendor accreditations and relevant industry certifications.
