Mobile Network Integration Service Senior Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Assistance with business/product strategy formation, marketing and technical analysis, service solution competition analysis against main competitor in MBB industry;
2) Development of business collateral pursuant to the above;
3) Market promotion activities, forum/operator engagements;
4) Training and development of other staff in this area;
5) Any other task within his/her skill sets and ability and from time to time requested of his/her pursuant to the business of the MBB department;

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS WORKING EXPERIENCE

1) More than 15 years work experience in telecommunication industry, such as MKT, sales, product management/development, project implementation (RF planning/optimization is preferred), consultancy, etc;

CAPABILITY REQUIREMENT

1) With an open mind, good teamwork and interpersonal understanding, good communication skills, cross-cultural integration, has strong adaptability and stress resistance;
2) Good in-depth knowledge of MBB network architecture, very good sense of the challenges in network evolution from operator perspective;
3) Proficient in mainstream services, system integration solution and product structure. A deep understanding of MBB system integration services, MBB industry trends, business trends, etc; Familiar with system integration architecture (System Architect) knowledge and experience in medium to large integrated projects;
4) Good at producing and delivering presentations;
5) Has a good market insight and strong demand analysis;
6) Willingness to travel overseas;

BACKGROUND DESIRABLE

1) Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
2) Candidates from other main vendors of MBB industry, with good working experience in MKT, business analysis/designing, portfolio and roadmap management, or mobile network consulting work experience in well known agency, are preferred;
3) Good background in RF planning and optimization is a plus;
