Mobile Device Support 1st - 3rd Line required. Must have the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve all technical issues with business mobile devices with emphasis on IPAD3 and experience in a service desk environment and take ownership of 1-3 level calls from logging to resolution.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- The ability to trouble-shoot and resolve all technical issues with business mobile devices with emphasis on IPAD3
- The ability to work in a service desk environment and take ownership of 1-3 level calls from logging to resolution
- Have understanding of IPAD3 and IOS and understanding of configuration and profiles
- Will understand basic principles of BYOD and Mobile Devices in Enterprise
- Have experience of MDM solutions such as AirWatch, Mobile Iron or Good Technology and/or be willing to be trained
- Be the go to person for all Ipad related calls on Support Desk
- Any Ipad related qualifications would be a benefit
- Have experience of working in IPAD/Windows environments
- Any experience of Citrix applications on IPAD would be a bonus [support].
