Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technical Specialist

Our client is seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technical Specialist to join their project team. In this role, you will be working with a Federal Government Department, architecting an initial proof of concept to convert mobile applications from BlackBerry to an iOS environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience with MobileIron and AirWatch MDM solution designing, installation, operation and fault finding
- Experience using mobile device management tools - ActiveSync, MobileIron
- Knowledge & experience in supporting Mobile Platform iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008, Windows 2012 server
- Current experience with Switches, Routers and Firewall configuration, administration, troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnostics
- Experience setting up, configuring, use of and fault diagnostics for iOS devices (iPhone/iPAD)
- Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity (LAN/WAN)
- A general understanding of the IT architectures (including Web, Databases and Active Directory)
- Current working knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as ESXi, VB, etc.
