Mobile Apps Solutions Architect - 3 Months - £500 per day

Large E-Commerce client in Hertfordshire is looking to secure the services of a Mobile Solutions Architect on a 3 months (extendable) contract ASAP, who will define architecture implementations across the IT Mobile Programme.

Required Skills:

* Well-developed communication skills and can demonstrate technical leadership.
* Strong problem solving, analytical and logical skills.
* Experience in team working across virtual and multi-location teams.
* Working knowledge of a range of technologies including mobile
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in software development
* Experience of designing innovative applications and solutions.
* Excellent understanding of Enterprise scale solutions management process and infrastructure.
* Proven, hands on Experience of development technologies either in .Net or Java
* A passion for mobile device technologies
* A good rounded experience and understanding of consuming JSON web services

Additional qualifications ("nice to have") include:

* Experience in an enterprise organisation
* Proven track record working in an innovation team
* Experience with mobile technologies such as Location Based Services, BLE, NFC
* Basic knowledge of major mobile platforms (iOS, Symbian, Qt, Bada etc.)
* Past experience working for a global retailer
