The Steering Center Talent & Performance Tools Steering Center
The Steering Center Talent & Performance Tools of the Branch in Brussels is in charge of the design, the implementation, roll-out and support of several Group HR Systems.
Our systems support the global HR processes and policies, based on the Group HR strategy but also taking into account business and country specifics. Our user base is the entire Group including many subsidiaries worldwide.
Following global HR processes are in scope :
- Recruitment and Internal Mobility
- Talent management : talent identification, career & succession management
- Performance management : target setting & appraisal process
- Comp & Ben : Salary Review & Variable Remuneration decision process
- Differed Compensation Schemes, Expatriates packages calculation…
- Learning & Development: Training subscription, Personal Development

Plans, E-learning
Our tools include a group-wide HR referential, a global reporting tool (headcount, turnover, compensation, …) both for Group HR and Business HR teams and various suite of applications linked to the HR processes above.
The implementation of the Beqom Tool (Dibox)
In the Compensation & Benefit team (Comp & Ben), Beqom is the tools that drives the multi-level process of validation for all bonuses and differed rewards for the entire Group worldwide. It provides various reporting functionalities and a web portal that gives a worldwide secured access to their personal status and data for thousands of beneficiaries.
Beqom is a compensation management software (ex- Excentive International).
The MOA Comp & Ben Team
Inside the "Steering Center T&P Tools", the MOA Comp & Ben is in charge of all evolutions and projects on the Beqom implementation (Dibox) in terms of :
° business requirements,
° validation of technical specification and
° testing of delivered evolutions before delivery to production.
Evolutions of both the parametrization of the beqom system and the customized layer that surround the beqom system are concerned.

Function Description
MOA Comp & Ben Business Analyst
The MOA Comp & Ben Business Analyst is in charge of all the activities linked to such evolutions and projects. The Business Analyst is responsible of all or part of the following :
° Collect and analyse business requirements from all relevant stakeholders
° Design and describe solutions corresponding to the requirements within the vision of the future of the application as defined by the Comp & Ben team
° Evaluate the impact of the proposed solution on the user process and the maintenance of the system
° Coordinate his evolutions with the other Analysts looking for functional and technical dependencies both within the system and with other systems (upstream, downstream dependencies)
° Get the approval of the relevant stakeholders on the proposed solutions and provide assistance to the stakeholders towards that goal
° Provide assistance to the development team during the technical analysis phase and validates that the functional/technical specifications are in line with the proposed solution and the business requirements
° Prepare and perform the testing of the solutions once delivered by the development team and provide all necessary documentation (test plans on the ALM test tool, document the test results in PV's, …) with the objective of checking that the delivered product works correctly and that it is in line with the proposed solution and the business requirements. Assist the development team with their understanding of the identified defects/issues
° Is able to coordinate the activities of other analysts during a test cycle and is able to build a coherent vision of the test activities to be performed.
° Build his own individual planning based on all tasks in harmony with the Project Manager and taking into account other constraints (personal vacations or public holidays, other professional obligation such as team meetings, team or corporate events, administrative duties, …) and commit herself/himself toward the project manager regarding the delivery date of each task assigned
° Communicate constantly with her/his Project Manager regarding any event impacting the global quality of the project including planning, change in scope, quality of the deliverable, new risks, …Explain changes/impacts to the Metier/Users for them to be aware of what to expect in a certain release. Provide relevant and up-to-date documentation such as user guides or maintain existing documents
° Provide support to the Metier/Users during the change management phase.
° Act on a daily basis as a second line support for all incidents on the production environment. Investigate and document the incidents when system evolution s are needed.
° Participate to the non-regression exercise as part of the process of delivery to production of a release
Non-essential Job Functions
° Use the team tools (such as ALM) according the processes of the team

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Education
Master in Computer sciences or Engeenering or equivalent by experience in a MOA (Maitrise d'oeuvrage) of a financial institution
Beqom certification is a strong plus

Languages Requirement
French Preferred
Dutch Preferred
English Must - spoken and written

Experience
At least 3 years as MOA Business Analyst in software development and packages implementation.
Experience with the "HR Compensation & Benefit" environment is a strong plus.
Experience with Beqom is strongly recommended.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Technical Knowledge of the Beqom tool is strongly recommended. Otherwise, readiness to get training from the Software Editor at own cost will be mandatory
° Experience with taking to production evolution on applications using Websphere environment
° Ability to see technical dependencies and links between different application and to identify possible impacts

Preferable
° ALM

° SQL (Queries, …)
° VB Macro

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Expertise in business requirements and development life cycle activities (specification, test, change management) for IT Systems
° Strong experience/ capacity with testing software development (using the ALM test management tool)
° Comfortable in project mode environment
o commitment on deadline,
o capacity to set up her/his own individual planning
o ability to document activities (meeting minutes, "process verbal (PV)" of test campaign..)

Preferable
° Knowledge of the "HR Compensation & Benefit" environment is a strong plus
