MMIC & MCM Designer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Provide reports with technical insights and analysis on latest technologies in mm-wave MMIC/MCM and Semiconductor materials industry
-Work with product development team to analyze and finalize the technical parameter for MMIC/MCM
-Research the key technologies and design mm-wave MMIC/MCM
-Identify and evaluate the European partners and suppliers for mm-wave MMIC/MCM design and manufacturing
-Generate professional reports, presentations, architectural block diagrams, schematics and simulations

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in the field of mm-wave component, chip, module design
-Familiarity with the design and verification for mm-wave MMIC, MCM
-Familiarity with semiconductor material, including but not limited to InP/SiGe/GaAs/GaN
-Deep understanding of mm-wave multi-chip module design and packaging technologies
-Deep understanding of technology trends and industry best practices for mm-wave MMIC and MCM, semiconductor material and process
-Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
-Excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills
