Mixed-Signal Silicon Validation Engineer

Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing. For our client, a global Telecommunications company in Munich we are currently looking for a Senior Mixed-Signal Silicon Validation Engineer to join on a freelance basis. (w/m)

PROJECT START:asap

PROJECT LENGTH:5 Months+

LOCATION : Munich

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Receiving chips back from the lab in order to perform state-of-the-art ADC/DAC Post Silicon Validation tests
-Run and automate Test Case analysis
-Work closely with designers in order to narrow the main issues before performing final checks
-Performing RF Tests, Validation and Verification
- Performing temperature sensor testing

KNOW HOW:

-Hardware Knowledge - Test Environment, emulate baseband testing with FGPA's
- Automating Tests with Matlab scripting
- ADC/DAC Mixed Signal knowledge
-RF/HF Design
-Embedded Knowledge - C (Angelscript/C++)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

-Lab Instrument knowledge
-Test Instruments
-Signal Generators
-Eclipse (for debugging)

LANGUAGES :

-Very good English is required for team communication and documentation
