Overview

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) brings together the Technology and Operations pillars of the Bank to provide quality Information Technology (IT) platforms and services and market leading client services and transaction processing to Deutsche Bank and external clients.

The Client Performance Management Team supports product aligned, client facing business areas across GTO. The primary function of the team is to assist stakeholders in the management and monitoring of Deutsche Bank's performance with their clients and maintaining key tools for client relationship management and management information (MI) reporting.

The team is responsible for creation, collection and reporting of all client processing key performance indicators (KPIs) and through collaboration with global stakeholders look to drive continuous improvements of key processes. The team also owns GTOs Operations portal and is responsible for the management, onboarding and support of this system.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all regions, functions and teams.
- Manage performance reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Static data analysis - collaborate with colleagues to ensure static data is correctly captured and accurate.
- Lead performance review initiatives and meetings to drive continuous improvement activities.
- Manage KPI maintenance and reporting.
- Manage and maintain OPAL, the Operation Portal and Client Relationship Management tool.
- Provide support for OPAL and Qlikview (reporting tool), providing training on both systems and guidance around static requests.
- General IT support - provide support during disaster recovery tests, bug fix releases and any production releases.
- Process mapping.

You will have:

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to coordinate across various functions and regions
- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Advanced product life cycle knowledge.
- Knowledge of Governance Frameworks.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage upwards.
