MINDSET COACH (MANAGEMENT 3.0) urgently required for interesting contract in Belgium

6 month rolling contract based in brussels

The MINDSET COACH (MANAGEMENT 3.0) will be Responsible for the following:

- Build Lean/Agile Transformation teams
- Develop Lean Leaders skills (dependencies and problem mgt)
- Build and animate a Tribe Visual Management (Obeya)
- Continuous alignment between Epics layer and Delivery Layer
- Revamping Guild of coaches
- Obeya setup
- Lean Agile Awareness and training
- Epics > Features and backlog constitution
- Release Planning Preparation

The MINDSET COACH (MANAGEMENT 3.0) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

- Have a vast experience in coaching
- Proven experience in a large and complex organization
- Experience with the specific discipline(s) for which the coach is providing support: agile, lean
- Experience as trainer is an added value
- Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language.
- The coach respects the ToM and conventions
- The coach demonstrates thought leadership in his/her coaching domains
- The coach demonstrates & applies problem resolution, root cause detection techniques helping the squad to efficiently improve (and set the right priorities)
- The coach is an effective communicator and actively practices visual management techniques (Obeya) to bring the message across and ensure good understanding
