Migration Support - Exchange 2016/Office365 (5762)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced MIGRATION SUPPORT - EXCHANGE 2016/OFFICE365 (5762).

This role is required to support a major life cycle upgrade of the Exchange 2010/SharePoint 2010 environment to Exchange/SharePoint 2016 and includes HW refresh, as well as migrating a subset of users/SharePoint sites to the Office 365 Cloud.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- WORK EXPERIENCE AS OPERATIONS SUPPORT/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN LARGE MIGRATION PROJECTS
- EXCELLENT EXCHANGE 2016 AS WELL AS 2010 KNOWLEDGE (MSCE CERTIFICATIONS)
- EXCHANGE 2016 MIGRATION EXPERIENCE IN A BIG MULTI REGIONAL ENVIRONMENT
- OFFICE 365 HYBRID EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills across cultures and boundaries
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN), GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical expertise to the Global Office 365 project
- Test changes in the relevant test environments
- Deploy changes into the production environment
- Support operational duties maintain the exchange 2010 environment
- Work with regional peers to deliver changes into the production environment that is globally aligned
