WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT would be answering phone calls from customers calling in between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
- They would also enter data in our electronic filing system and file hard copies in folders as well.
- Maintains document flow, handling incoming/outgoing electronic and hard-copy communications (including scanning, faxing, copying, preparing of documents and materials) on behalf of the team or office supported.
- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Welcomes clientele, potential clients and guests to the office; locates the appropriate individual to assist the visitor; and ensures that all visitors are comfortable and looked after as soon as possible.
- Handles all incoming mail and courier deliveries including sorting, opening and stamping.
- Maintain and respect highly confidential Company information.
- Assist in general office organization in coordination with office staff.
- Performs other related duties as required including office equipment maintenance, general housekeeping, and other related duties.
- May manage calendars for team supported, requiring interaction with both internal and external individuals to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events.
- May plan and coordinate events.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must have at least five (5) years of Administrative assistant experience.
- Must have intermediate "user level" skills in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent Front Office and telephone skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities with little supervision.
- Must have the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and in a team environment.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have proven record of excellent customer service skills.
