Microstrategy Developer

MICROSTRATEGY DEVELOPER FOSTER CITY, CA 12 MONTH CONTRACT

This is for MicroStrategy BI development effort.

SCOPE:

- Create MSTR Prelim and Detail design document based on the business requirement
- Create/Update MicroStrategy schemas as per the requirements
- Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements
- Provide QA and UAT support and DR fixes
- Support Deployment: Create documents, Integrity Manager test cases, and product support hand over documents
- Attend meetings and support other functional teams as needed
- Hands-on Object Oriented programming language experience preferred (C++, .Net, SAS, Java)

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

- Senior MicroStrategy architect and reporting experience
- MSTR Dynamic Dashboard experience for version 9
- Excellent SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed
- Good written and oral communication; Ability to explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of the tasks

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 4+ years experience with ASP.NET, C++, Java
- 4+ years experience with SAS
- 4+ years experience with Microstrategy and Microstrategy 9
