Immediate opportunity for a strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager/ Business Analyst to join my investment banking client based in Canary Wharf London, on a mutli- million pound design of the end solution in case management implementations and operations , and manage the service to ensure the right design and solution is created

As the lead senior technical project manager / Business Analyst, you will collect the requirements for, and run the overall project delivery, for a MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Query Management solution

In addition to providing technical analysis and configuration expertise, this role will provide the primary leadership for overall project team. This role will liaise with the London-based development team lead, while working across the world with your senior peers

This is a permanent role with a salary of £65,000- £80,000 dependant on experience

This role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced business analyst who wants to get more involved in the project management, or indeed a project manager who likes being hands on and ensuring successful delivery of your project from day 1.

This role is a lot more than a standard business analyst/ project manager role, as this is a highly invested, highly visible project. You will be looking at requirements and building those out to ensure successful delivery. There is a separate managed services team who write the functional specs and carry out development/ testing, but fundamental the quality of the project and he end result, is down to you as the worldwide technical project lead on this Microsoft Dynamics CRM project

*Requirements*

- Understanding of collecting & writing business requirements & technical documentation
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Experience working within banking/ finance/ professional services
- Experience working with off shore teams
- Excellent understanding of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 functionality
- Experience of designing the solution in case management implementations and operations projects very useful
