Microsoft BI Developer, English (Long term Contract, Basel)

For our international and forward thinking client, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced MS BI Developer to work on a long term SharePoint project in Basel, Switzerland.

MICROSOFT BI DEVELOPER, ENGLISH (LONG TERM CONTRACT, BASEL)

In this challenging new contract role, you will work on a green field project to establish the platform and integrate Business Intelligence with the SharePoint.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead analysis, architecture, design and development of data marts and Business Intelligence solutions
- Restructuring of data in the DWH
- Enhancement and automation of reports
- Design and develop Integration (ETL, ELT) processes

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- University degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience, specializing in MS BI solution architecture, design, and development
- Solid Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
- Good ETL skills, in particular with SSIS
- Programming experience with C# .NET and Excel automation
- Experience and/or strong interest to work on SharePoint projects
- Ability to be able to architect new solutions and coordinate technical solutions
- Fluency in English
