- Minimum five years demonstrated experience in Microsoft ASP.NET software development undertaking: (SFIA, Level 5 - PROG)
- ASP .NET/MVC
- Visual Studio .NET 2008/2010
- SQL Server 2005/2008 (optimisation, tuning, stored procedures, triggers)
- MS Reporting Services 2005/2008
- MSTFS 2008/2010
- MS .NET framework 3.5.4.0
- XML Web services
- Demonstrated experience in the development and enhancement of business applications within an organisational application framework. (SFIA, Level 5 - PROG)
- Demonstrated experience working in large government organisations with dynamic ICT environment. (SFIA, Level 5 - SINT)
- Ability to adapt to and continue work previously developed by others. (SFIA, Level 5 - SINT)
- A high level of communication skills as well as business acumen. (SFIA, Level 5 - SINT)
- Considerable knowledge of and experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. (SFIA, Level 5 - PROG)
- Comprehensive knowledge of build process and testing methodology. (SFIA, Level 5 - PROG)

The Contractors resources may be required to have the capability to review processes and raise improvement opportunities to the nominated Customer representative.

The Contractor will be required to have the capacity to provide ICT resources with .NET skills and experience in business application maintenance and development services that meet the following criteria:

At least 5+ years' experience in ASP .NET

Demonstrated experience in:

- Visual Studio .NET 2008/2010
- VB.NET/C#
- ASP .NET/MVC
- SQL Servicer 2005/2008 (optimisation, tuning, stored procedures, triggers)
- Microsoft Reporting Services 2005/2008
- Microsoft TFS 2008
- Microsoft .NET framework, 3.5, 4.0
- Testing methodologies
- Worked within an organisation application framework
- Worked within change management process
- Lead and mentor junior staff
- Oversee development tasks
- Prepare comprehensive document for management
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external clients
- Formal SDLC methodologies
- XML webservices
