MI LEAD- HR and Benefits Specialist - London - 12 Months - £600-£700

The role is essentially supporting the integration activity from Friends Life to Aviva, working on OrgView to ensure the reporting functionality is accurate.

They need:

Essential:

*HR Experience
*MI Specialist skills
*Excel Expert
*Design Data Architecture EXP
*ORG View Design Tool EXP

Skills:
*Experience of large restructuring projects
*Very data savvy
*Be able to pull together MI from a number of sources
*Ideally working with HRMI
*Although there is a lot of online data, they will also be working with offline data on excel
*Needs senior person as will have some management responsibility
