- Accountable for the design, implementation and publication of a dashboard
- Accountable for oversight of the outputs of a BA within the team.
- Identify 'erroneous data at a glance and to identify changes in trend performance that gives cause to question the source data.
- Complete performance analysis to identify performance trends, variance and hot-spots and report those into the BSO Steering Group and Counter Demand forums.
- Interpret analysis and suggest possible courses of action to address any adverse performance or to magnify any best practice.
