MI Analyst - Halifax - Retail Banking

MI ANALYST - HALIFAX - RETAIL BANKING

A Leading UK retail bank requires an experienced MI Analyst to join a project based in Halifax.

You will be accountable for the production of a weekly dashboard to support performance and benefits tracking for the Branch Service Optimisation programme. 

Key deliverables include:

- Critically validate source data to ensure its delivery to the dashboard is timely and accurate.  Call out obvious exceptions at the earliest opportunity.
- Complete rigorous data validation tests in order to ensure the accuracy of published data. 
- Summarise performance based on dashboard data and engage with Programme Manager and Workstream lead in calling out points of particular note.
- Manage data sources to ensure delivery to the dashboard team within SLA. 
- Proactively manage data outages to minimise impact be engaging with supplying teams.
- Engagement with Shared Services MI/Data team and Intranet team to manage all aspects of publishing the dashboard.

- MI EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY WITHIN RETAIL BANKING
- DATA HANDLING, PROCESSING AND MANIPULATION
- EXPERIENCE PRODUCING MI DASHBOARDS
