MI Analyst/Data Analyst - HR, SC Cleared - Bristol, South West

EXPERIENCED HR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION (MI) ANALYST/DATA ANALYST REQUIRED FOR GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION BASED IN BRISTOL.

DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THIS ROLE CANDIDATES MUST HOLD CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE TO A A MINIMUM OF SC LEVEL.

CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. AN ADVANCED UNDERSTANDING OF DATA TYPES AND EFFECTIVE DATA PRESENTATION, AND PROVEN EXPERTISE IN ANALYSIS.

The successful candidates will deliver HR MI and advice to other parts of the department and their constituent business groupings, as well as the strategic HRBP community
- Understand the customer business and MI requirements in order to provide insight into and analysis of HR data and information.
- Serve as the MI principal representative for customers and communicate with the Customer Service Managers (CSMs) as necessary to provide updates.
- Manage effective relationships with the CSMs, external customers, HR Business Partners and build relationships with the wider group in the department
- Implement analytical methodologies, reporting systems and standard reporting suites to meet the current and future MI needs of customers
- Seek and leverage MI and analytical, statistical and presentational leading practices and learnings
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other departments MI Analysts and other Senior MI Analysts within the MI Centre of Excellence team to ensure a coordinated and cohesive work effort
- Proactively provide any inputs to Data Technicians to ensure central maintenance of UIN hierarchy structures in HRMS/Oracle Discoverer
- Provide key inputs into the production and design of any new MI products to ensure the customer requirements are being met
- Drive cross-Departments, analysis and benchmarking
- Carry out special studies, analysis and projects
- Recommend actions to improve performance
